One person was shot to death outside a Spenard hotel Thursday night according to Anchorage police, who say the shooter remains at large. Officers were called just after 9:30 p.m. to the parking lot of the Puffin Inn in Spenard for a report of shots fired, according to APD spokeswoman Renee Oistad.
