A Kodiak man accused of punching and kicking two officers who were responding to a domestic violence call pleads guilty in court Wednesday. According to the Kodiak District Attorney's Office, 42-year-old Nick Malutin plead guilty to assault in the third-degree.

A Soldotna man got himself into some trouble after Kenai Police say he was caught urinating in a trashcan at a local business Friday afternoon. KPD says just before 3 o'clock, officers responded to the area of Kenai Spur Highway and Main Street Loop where they found the suspect who they identified as 49-year-old Warren E. Eide.
Anchorage: Police is searching for an "armed and dangerous" suspect in a downtown homicide investigation. MJ Thim, a spokesperson for Anchorage Police Department, says 20-year-old Kuach Chuol Kuach is wanted on multiple charges including first-degree murder. "He is to be considered armed and dangerous. Don’t approach him," said Thim.
Anchorage: Officers are on the scene of a homicide investigation in the 600 block E. 9th Avenue. The preliminary investigation has found an adult male was found inside an apartment with a gun shot wound to the upper body. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

APD says they were called just after 6 p.m. to a reported break-in at West 88th Street and Forest Village Drive. A woman died in Fairbanks Monday following a fight between two females at a motel, according to authorities. Court hearings have been continued for 18 taxicab drivers charged with illegally selling alcohol out of their cabs in a remote Alaska town known for its large taxicab fleet. During a status hearing Wednesday, attorneys for the drivers in Bethel told a judge they need more time to review case discovery.
