The man Anchorage Police say is responsible for a Friday shooting in Jewel Lake has been identified, and authorities say he's to be considered armed and dangerous. APD issued a first-degree murder warrant for Samson Costigan, 39, in connection with the shooting of a man whose body was found inside of a vehicle in the 8900 lock of Dewberry Street Friday night.
