Alaska State Troopers received a call earlier today from a citizen claiming to have been robbed. The victim told Troopers he was in his car when someone told him to give up his wallet at gun point. The victim was then ordered to leave his car, and as the victim attempted to flee on foot, the person with the gun began firing at him.
